At Ki Lagbe , we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Below is our refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund:
If a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
If an order is placed but the item is out of stock.
If the delivery is not completed within the promised time and the customer chooses to cancel.
If the customer receives the wrong item and refuses to accept it.
Non-Refundable Cases:
If the customer decides to return the product after receiving it without any valid reason.
For non-returnable items like food or medicine, if delivered correctly.
If the customer provides an incorrect address or contact details, resulting in a failed delivery.
Refund Process:
The refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
After verification, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket) or the original payment method.

যে ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে:
ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে।
অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি না হলে এবং গ্রাহক অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চাইলে।
গ্রাহক যদি ভুল পণ্য পান এবং সেটি গ্রহণ করতে না চান।
যে ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:
গ্রাহক যদি পণ্য পাওয়ার পর কোনো কারণ ছাড়া ফেরত দিতে চান।
খাবার বা ওষুধের মতো নন-রিটার্নেবল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, যদি সঠিকভাবে ডেলিভারি হয়ে থাকে।
গ্রাহক যদি ভুল ঠিকানা বা যোগাযোগের তথ্য দেন এবং ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:
রিফান্ডের জন্য অর্ডার গ্রহণের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে।
অভিযোগ যাচাইয়ের পর ৩-৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করা হবে।
রিফান্ড মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket) বা মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
